Trelawney Hotel - Guest House

Very clean and preaceful

Although the original paymemt came out trough booking. Before we left we had to pay the same amount agian. So we payed double but recvied booking payment back. This could have been very difficult for us. Luckily i had just been paid. But it was my remt money. Inconvienient for those who dont have much.

Brilliant location, handy for Torquay seafront, beautiful building, the room was big and bright, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. Home from home for a weary traveller ❤️

I overslept because the bed was so comfortable 💤 Nothing else to say.

Bed was comfortable Room was very small although we paid for not the smallest room We were greeted by the owner

Radiator wasn't on, was cold Credit card payment didn't work had to get cash Car parking was really difficult for our large car Too early checkout 10am Not allowed to exit the guest house with all our bags at the back where the car park is. Had to carry them all the way from the front to the back - husband has a hernia so very hard for us

Stayed for 3 nights great stay very comfortable breakfast was very nice would do it again like 👍

The hosts were friendly and welcoming. The room and bedding were very clean and the breakfast really good.

The only thing that let it down was the bathroom. It was very small and the bath definitely needs replacing.

The warm welcome from Liz, the little information pack on bus routes and local sights. Her personal recommendations of local seafood restaurants was very good. The comfortable bed and brightly decorated room. The location to the beach, harbour and shops and eateries was amazing. Value for money, definitely. Will be back in the future

The room was very clean, spacious and nice. Liz was a very lovely person and host very polite. The breakfast was very good and filling. Will definitely visit again.

It's not something that can be helped due to the type of accommodation and type of room we booked, ( four poster) however my partner found the stairs hard due to an injury. The stairs seemed to be steeper on the second level to our room that little bit more challenging than them on the first level, having said that he was still happy as I was with the overall stay

3 night stay. Lovely hotel in a perfect location, just a short walk to the sea front. The Hotel was spotlessly clean with all amenities catered for. The cooked breakfast was also very good and freshly prepared. Other options were also available. Would 100% recommend Trelawney and would happily return.
