Ms Erica at the desk was very helpful and friendly.the hotel was very clean,the beds and pillows were very comfortable.the full breakfast was great!Maria and the other cleaning ladies are doing a great job.whenever l travel l like to stay at Staybridge,this time a bit dissatisfied with the pool,the water was freezing cold,not sure why,There is no Hot tub in sight,the ceiling of pool needs attention ASAP,the paint is peeling off,please take care of this.

The room was clean, comfortable and extra spacious with an extra bedroom and additional living room and kitchen area. The hot breakfast was good. The hotel is near many eateries and stores. The hotel was an easy exit and entrance to I-90. We would definitely recommend it to others.

I was really concerned about staying in Rockford. I am originally from Rockford and haven't been back to visit since 2007. The Staybridge Suites made me feel at home. I loved the area, the vibes, everything. I can't honestly think of anything that I could possibly complain about. Not even anything to nitpick about.
