Location is amazing! We were looking for something with everything walking distance as we didn’t want to rent a car and wow!! We are from Orange County ca and this place offered very oc vibes. Really cool pool with music and delicious food. Vibes!!! We were greeted by Kyle P who let us know we had to check out their restaurant before we went locally and he was not wrong. Phillip at Donabe recommended a delicious Japanese blackberry drink and the wagyu burger!!! 11/10 The downtown area is everything we wanted just walking distance to everything. Can’t wait to come back!

Night at the Roxbury has nothing on this place. Booming club music from the pool- Soooo loud, I have never stayed anywhere that was anywhere close to as loud as the W is. Walking back through old town to the hotel you can hear it clearly from 6 blocks away, I’m actually shocked the police didn’t come. Horrible experience with the noise late into the night.

Come on W Scottsdale and Marriott Bonvoy - what an incredulous situation I find myself in. It’s near midnight and I can only hope and pray am that the decimal-blaring club across the street, whose drumbeats are permeating the entire hotel, stop at midnight. It started at 8 pm. The club is across the street and isn’t affiliated with your property. We have a large conference that starts at 7 in the morning and I’m going to assure that we begin the series of meetings voting to NEVER return to this location or any other Marriott property of this is how they are managed. I have tried white noise, tv, and have finally resorts to my uncomfortable in-ear speakers playing my own music playlists at full volume and yep. I still feel the walls shaking to the beat from the club. I can’t imagine there are no noise ordinances and if not, why you would ever locate such a beautiful property here. This is the worst experience I’ve ever had at Marriott property and will immediately start focusing back on my Hilton Honors program over this Marriott nonsense. DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY unless for some odd reason, you don’t like sleep ahead of a full day of meetings.

The staff at the W Scottsdale are so beyond helpful. Was staying here for work after the fires in LA for about a month and they were really accommodating. They made my stay very comfortable and were very attentive. The valet staff was beyond kind and helpful! A special thank you to Tre, Will, Jonathan, Monty, Mati, Collin, and both Richards on the valet. Because of the time I spent there, they knew how to help me be efficent with my schedule and take care of my car the way it needed to be during my stay. Thanks so much to everyone at the W! I definitely will be back!

It was a fun, enjoyable weekend with my husband. The only downside was the sliding door to go on the balcony was behind the tv which made it awkward

I’ve got to say every time I stay at the W I have the best experience because of the staff. To be specific Alyssa, the concierge has always been nothing but great in assisting me and making sure my stay is amazing. Huge shout out to her and everyone!
