The size of the suite

The tub stopper was broken, the lights in the living room didn't work , it smelled of mildew, and the fridge was small

Poor breakfast. No pool No fitness facility. Slow elevators. Minimal amenities. Needed paint

Eggs were watery. And not much to choose from

the pillows were great, the bed was okay. the staff was wonderful. came and got the tv working as soon as we told them it wasn't working. parking was right in front and easy to get to. We felt very comfortable and safe.

The breakfast could have been better. no fresh fruit. they did have yogurt though it was in very small containers. you could tell where they are trying to cut expenses. when we got to our room you could smell a nasty smell that was trying to be covered up by a floral scent.

We liked everything about our stay! The staff was super friendly, helpful and professional. The room was very clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

The room was dirty and wouldn’t lock so we had to ask for a new one which took time. The place has no sound insulation so we could hear people slamming doors. The breakfast was awful. The front staff were miserable and acted like they did not want to be there. They were not helpful or apologetic for the room situation.

During my stay, I had a very unpleasant experience. First, I found a large cockroach in my room. In addition, the rooms had a terrible musty smell, making it impossible to stay there for more than an hour. After reporting the issue, I was moved to another room, but things were not better. The bathroom trash can was dirty, and the towels had already been used—clearly, no one had cleaned the room. The breakfast was also disappointing, especially the eggs, which tasted awful. Overall, the worst issues were the lack of cleanliness and the terrible smell throughout the rooms.
