The service was horrible, the team from reception was extremely unhelpful, any question was a NO answer, no probelm solving, not a sollution lead team, does not act as a 5 star hotel. Also they get really petty about small expenses like towels for cards, irons and water bottles, which really just makes them seem very cheap and sad.
