The people were amazing. Very nice and ready to help you. The food was also amazing and very tasteful (we ate every morning and evening). Very good food! The atmosphere was very good and everything was very pleasant.

Nowhere is written that you have to pay 9 euro/1 litter of water. Nobody is saying to you that every drop of water is on money and you don't see any paper written with this. It is very hot outside and, staying at the beach or at the pool, you need a lot of water. They said on the reception that you cannot drink from the sink. All the water, which is a primordial need, is on money, specifically 9 euro/1 litter. If you want to buy water, you take the shuttle bus, go to Porto Cervo, go to the shop, buy water (0,75 euro/1 litter!!!), go back and wait for the shuttle bus 2 hours in the sun. I was in Maldives (captive on an island) and it was free water everywhere. I was in Tenerife (with full of shops around) and they had free water. And I can continue with more examples. It was my first vacation, taking care to have enough water to survive. It is the first time for me to see how a 5 stars hotel take advantage of the situation that it is difficult to buy water and to use a primordial need like water to make a lot of money with this. It is such a pity for all those beautiful people (Ilaria and the rest of the colleagues) who work hard every day to make your days beautiful when the policy to sell you every drop of water ruins everything. So, if you come here, be ready to pay for your living at their prices! At the check-out, I had to pay over 200 euro. I have asked a paper with all the items I have to pay. I have received a paper with few lines written "restaurant note" and "room service". They looked on the papers signed by me but they couldn't find any paper signed with "room service". I asked again to give me a paper with all the items I have to pay. It was not possible. So, if you come here, be ready to pay for your living at their prices and with all the items they consider you to pay!

Gorgeous resort with phenomenal staff and service! Pools are warm and inviting, restaurants food is exquisite, variety for breakfast is fantastic! Five Stars for excellent service and food! Nice Variety of local Wines
