"Een mooi ogend hotel van buiten, maar maar een erg teleurstellend verblijf door slechte hygiëne, defecten en service."

De Balinese stijl. En de ligging van het hotel, direct in het centrum van Kuta.

De kamers zijn verouderd en niet schoon (schimmel, defecten) en het incheckproces verliep slecht, met een lange wachttijd en gedoe voordat we de juiste kamer kregen.

The outer view was remarkable stunning pool and beautiful to sit out on balcony at night

Beds felt like a concrete slab and pillows very hard. I woke up each morning feeling unrested with headaches.

Pool was nice

Room smelt like raw sewerage, no hot water, bed hard, doors split in 2 to open weren’t very secure would open when pushed, 1 room had bad mold smell
