The pools and buffet breakfast were epic. Location is spot on too!

We booked for 4 people (2 adults 2 kids) and when booking it said one of our kids were free, yay! When we got there we realised the room only had a queen and a single bed. When we asked staff where our second kid would sleep we were told because her age was 4 she was counted as sleeping in the bed with us? And if we wanted another single we’d have to pay an extra 300,000 per night to accomodate her (which would mean we’d have to climb over a bed to get to the balcony). We declined and squished into the queen together. Also only 3 of all supplies were left in the room, so I really don’t think one child stayed free? One child wasn’t included in the room at all. Very disappointing and the staff were not understanding and quite rude when we asked them about it. We let it go as we were only there for 2 nights as a stopover, but super disappointed as we’d paid a little extra to stay here in comparison to what we were normally paying per night elsewhere so our expectations were higher than normal, yet they fell short, whereas other cheaper places have always outdone our expectations completely.

Wina holiday villa was excellent! Staff were very friendly and accomodating, meeting all of our needs. Location was spot on. Pool areas were great, other guests were also very friendly and appropriate.

"Nie wieder"

Die Lage war super, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gleich ums Eck. Auch der Strand ist nur 100m entfernt

Im ersten Zimmer rock es stark vermodert und nach Schimmel. Konnten dann das Zimmer tauschen. Dort war der Geruch besser jedoch auch nicht ganz weg. Im neuen Zimmer ging die Toilette nicht und wir mussten 2 Stunden warten bis sie repariert wurde. Am Abend mussten wir dann feststellen, dass der Abfluss im Waschbecken und in der Badewanne/Dusche nicht ging. Wurde am nächsten Morgen dann wieder gereinigt. Das Essen im Restaurant und auch das Frühstück hat uns leider gar nicht geschmeckt. Zumal es im Vergleich zu Restaurants außerhalb auch sehr teuer ist. Zum Abschluss waren auch die Betten sehr unbequem. Man spürte die Federn durch die Matratze. Habe im ganzen Urlaub nicht so schlecht geschlafen wie in den 3 Nächten in diesem Hotel. Hatte danach unfassbare Rückenschmerzen.
