Absolute beach front with the restaurant overlooking Kata Beach . Everything a first class experience and the staff are an amazing team. Beds very comfy, first class restaurant and service which is excellent value. Look forward to returning next year.

The in house restaurant had very good food the beach being right in front was very convenient. All of the staff were super helpful and always nice .

My partner and I came here for an evening meal after wandering around Kata town. We were warmly welcomed and were given a seat right at the front, with a nice cool breeze. The staff were all polite and very attentive to us. The food was very flavourful and fresh, and the cocktails went down well too, we had a lovely time x

The best hotel in Phuket. Located on the beach in prime location. Boutique hotel with best sea view . Thank you for a great experience and hospitality.

I would actually rate The Boathouse 4.5 stars. The view for sunset is good, but you have to ignore all the people on the beach and the noise (there were air horns and whistles). The food was really good, we liked the mushroom bisque, tempura soft shell crab, sea bass, and ice cream. The crab cake wasn’t on the same level. Service was also not as attentive as we expected.

We had an incredible four night stay at the Boathouse Resort. The staff were all so incredibly friendly and helpful. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of unpacking space. The pool area is small but perfectly sized for the amount of people who are staying there. You also have a perfect view of the beach. The breakfast in the morning was delicious - not a buffet, but plenty of choices. I also enjoyed lunch there one day and it was a little pricey but very tasty. There is a scale, fridge and safe in the room as well as a beach bag you can use for your stay. The only thing missing was a bathtub but otherwise it was a perfect hotel and in a great location. They arranged for a transfer to the airport for us for an early morning flight and even packed us a breakfast to go since we were leaving so early.

Great location right on the beach next to surf shops. The staff were wonderful and looked after us so well. We’ll be back!

Nothing

The Boathouse is a wonderful hotel found right at the end of Kata Beach, on the island of Phuket. The rooms are well appointed, the staff are super friendly and most helpful. For us though, the real stand out feature of this hotel is the fantastic restaurant and the main reason why we will be returning. The head chef is called Jonathan. Nothing was too much trouble and he has a real flair for cooking the most mouthwatering dishes. He clearly has an eye for detail and explained that only the finest and freshest ingredients are used. Any dietary requests are taken into account too which is most useful if anyone in your family has allergies or intolerances. During service he will walk around the restaurant talking to guests and making sure everything is just right. A super place to stay as well as dine….overlooking the beach and ocean.
