"Disappointing Stay"

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience at this hotel was far from acceptable. From the moment I arrived, the problems began. The room wasn’t even ready at check-in, and when I finally got in, it was clear that cleanliness was not a priority—dusty surfaces, an unpleasant smell, and a bathroom that looked like it hadn’t been properly cleaned in a while. The overall condition of the facilities was below standard, with broken fixtures and outdated furniture. On top of that, I did not feel safe during my stay. The property lacked proper security measures—poor lighting around the hotel, unsecured entrances, and no visible staff presence at night made it very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, this stay did not meet even basic expectations. I would not recommend this hotel, especially if you value cleanliness, safety, and a smooth check-in experience.
