I must say from my very first, last-minute call to see if I could stay at the property. I had nothing but impeccable customer service.! It seems to be rare at many other places. This one is a gem you will not regret booking it.!

This hotel was a good choice for a weekend trip. The breakfast in the morning was awesome and the staff was great! Parking was great and the hotel is a short drive off of I-26, and is by itself, so it’s quiet. My only complaint is that there were some palmetto bugs in the room and throughout the hotel. Not a big deal, but can be an annoyance if you bring them home in your luggage.

Our stay started off terrible. Housekeeping literally made up dirty beds for a room change over. My mom found a dirty used tissue in her bed and I found food crumbs in mine. I called the front desk and the only suggestion she offered was to bring us new sheets and make up our own beds. Livid doesn’t even begin to describe. I asked to speak to a manager and was told that one would not be there until 2 days after the complaint. Requested to still speak to a manager and I’m still waiting. I checked out 2 days ago. The rest of my stay was average. Probably won’t stay again.

Could use a facelift.
