"Nice quiet spot close to beach"

Location was outstanding. Good parking. Clean updated rooms. Courtyard area was relaxing. Self check-in was easy.

Communication could improve. The pool was closed with no notice. Parking was supposed to be free according to a message but we got charged. I sent messages about pool and parking and have not received replies . And I had messages that check out was noon and the maid literally walked into our rooms at 11:10 while we were trying to exit. The online checkout did not work for me but the office area was open so I could do it at the kiosk.

Overall nice property but after hours no one available for guest needs , they left note on office door to text which no one responds. I was awakened middle of night someone banging on my door to see if we had any info how to get hold of management.that was very scary, had to call 911. Also don’t know why they charge for parking since parking is on open area under sun all day ,I guess because some hotels with parking garage charges In surrounding area.
