Nothing

The facility was in construction, nothing was ready at the time was arrived, no WiFi and no TV. The manager offered me a refund, I took it and left!

Outstand service despite a booking glitch. Initially I was frustrated to find out my room had been double booked, but the way the manager handled the situation completely turned things around. Aretha went above and beyond to make it right-professional, prompt, and genuinely caring. I left feeling valued and impressed. Mistakes happen, but this level of service is rare. I would absolutely stay here again.

"a Pirouette for Perroquet Hotel"

Newly renovated and had everything we needed. Mictowave, coffee maker Plates ,cups and cutlery a bonus. Small table to eat at. Location close to the beach and Jungle Queen boat. We could do a late check out for some extra dollars. The pool even had a hoist for disabled persons.

Liked everything! Small size no problem as it was well managed.
