Завтрак был обычный, традиционный, без особых изысков. Голодным конечно не останешься, но отметить особенно нечего, поэтому назвала бы его несколько однообразным. Понравился ресторан Гармония, а в нем особенно десерт - Чизкейк Сан-Себастьян. Территория очень зеленая, ухоженная. Мы были в конце ноября, работал только один бассейн с подогревом, но людей очень мало было и его было достаточно. Персонал очень внимательный и искренне желающий удовлетворить любую просьбу. У мужа был ДР во время пребывания в отеле, они постарались сделать этот день незабываемым.

- Мухи , мошки, коты в ресторане и на пляже : все были назойливыми - внезапное закрытие ресторана со шведской линией и замена его на ресторан Сакура с уменьшением ассортимента и качества приготовления блюд : были выставлены блюда с обеда, не работал подогрев у горячих блюд , напитки из бара несли долго (фото прилагаю, уровень отеля 3*) - зал с игровыми автоматами полностью не работоспособен : автоматы сломаны, дорожки боулинга перемотаны лентой - все газоны оцеплены лентой, без права доступа на них - в кафе с десертами очень скудный ассортимент Несмотря на заявленную зимнюю концепцию , отель полностью не оправдал себя, даже с учетом цены ниже сезонной. Переехали в середине отпуска в другой отель (без возможности возврата денежных средств за оставшиеся дни) и увидели кардинальную разницу в зимних концепциях одинаковых по уровню цен. С учетом количества выезжающих гостей уровень обслуживания и качества услуг снижался в разы.

The room was HUGE and the double bed was more like the biggest bed I've ever slept in and they gave us all of their different strength pillows which was a great bonus. The heated pools were great and the fact that the sauna and steam room were always open was the best!

To be honest, the food and the hygiene was a major disappointment for us and it's only for this reason, we will not be coming back. There were so many house flies, fruit flies and cats running around the main restaurant. There were only a few fly diverting machines in operation. Whenever we ate, we were constantly playing cat and mouse with the flies trying to eat our food. For a five star resort, this really needs to be a priority to sort out. I even got a vitamin drink from the vitamin bar and as I was about to drink it, a fruit fly came out of my freshly prepared drink. Obviously, I never went back there. The food was pretty much the same every day with insignificant variation. Perhaps having different themes throughout the week would make matters a little more exciting.

in building number 1 in the main restaurant, flies are all over the food. The restaurant manager said they there is nothing they could do. Towels in the rooms are overused and almost black in color the BITAXI application does not work in the hotel because the hotel administration clearly have surrendered to the local taxis that do not want to use the taximeters and want to extort visitors and tourists by charging exorbitant prices. The hotel need to do something to correct the current situation. Visitors otherwise can not move freely unless they pay a lot of money. One taxi driver that brought me from another location even said that the local taxis would not allow anyone to cone from outside to pick any passengers from the hotel. The hotel administration can do something about this so that guests are not held at ransom.
