Pokoje jsou pěkně zařízené, hotelový shuttle k lanovkám jezdí často, jídlo velmi chutné, personál příjemný. Mile nás překvapila odpolední svačina, kterou hotel v rámci polopenze podává.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Nähe zur Skipiste ist großartig und danach in den Wellness Bereich. Wobei der Pool leider erst am Nachmittag aufgemacht, meine Frau war nicht Ski laufen und musste dann immer warten.

Das Personal spricht fast kein deutsch und das in Österreich aber damit müssen wir scheinbar leben aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Lage, sehr sauber, Shuttle zum Schilift hat sehr gut funktioniert, etwas in die Jahre gekommen aber in gutem Zustand Ausreichend Liegen im Wellnessbereich vorhanden

Heizung im Bad hat trotz mehrfacher Reklamation nie funktioniert; Probleme mit dem Warmwasser konnten nach 2 Tagen behoben werden Bar war fast immer geschlossen

Kellemes hangulatú régi szálloda,sok szolgáltatással, udvarias személyzettel. A dekoráció mindenhol jelen van, jó a sítároló, vannak üzletek, a wellness is kellemes, szép a külső medence.

A szobában a mosdócsap nagyon kopott volt, már régen ki kellett volna cserélni. Szállodában a sok folyosó kaotikus, az éttermet csak többszöri nekifutásra találtuk meg. Az étteremben az asztalok nagyon közel vannak, fel kell állnia az asztalnál több embernek, ha a büféből szeretnék választani. Ez kellemetlen volt.
