Shuttle zum Lift, für den Preis ein gutes Abendmenue, die Lage zum Skigebiet, keine Beschallung von außen zu hören

veraltete Ausstattung, 2 Saunen im Freien (Blockhaus und Panorama) haben nicht funktioniert, am 2. Tag gab es keinen Lachs beim Frühstücksbuffet, keine Ersatzhandtücher für die Sauna, für ein 4 Sterne Haus unproffesionelles Servicepersonal, Zitat bei der ersten Begegnung als Gast, der noch nie in diesem Haus war vom Oberkellner: "ach da kommt ja der nächste Spezialist"!, Personal ist wenig geschult und spricht z.T. nur bruchstückhaft Englisch, hat von Wein und den gebotenen Speisen keine Ahnung. Es wurden meine Skistiefel im Skiraum gestohlen, keine Videoüberwachung, erst Tage später und auf Nachfrage wurde die Sache mit der Versicherung des Hauses geklärt und nur 50% (angeblicher Zeitwert) erstattet, keinerlei Entgegenkommen und Entschuldigung des Hauses in Form eines Gutscheins o.ä., absolut unprofessionell. Wie bereits öfter zu lesen, es fehlt absolut die führende Hand eines Hauses, dass in den 70ern stehen geblieben ist, wo die 4 Sterne herkommen ist sehr zweifelhaft.
