Il mare acqua

Первое впечатление, вау. Закрытая территория, на террирории чисто. Номер 1413 выходил в сад где было очень тихо. Номер просторный, бар пополнялся каждый день, полотенца менялись. Для ребенка организовали дополнительную кровать, за что огромное спасибо. Еда вкусная и разнообразная, но, что бы не наскучило, то можно сходить в AlaCarte ресторан. Развлечения как для взрослых, так и для детей в течении целого дня. Кофе, соки, вода 24/7.

В море при отеле впадает река, из за чего вода мутная и с большим количеством непонятных водорослей. Альтернативой мог бы быть бассейн, но он был грязный и вода пахла канализацией. С лежаками проблема, наглые люди их бронируют с утра, оставляя свои вещи. Людей нет, а места заняты. Это не приемлемо в отеле такого класса! По приезду в нашем номере 1413 небыло геля для душа, банка была пустая и в течении 5 дней ее никто так и не заполнил. Зеркало в номере по всей видимости протерли тряпкой из под жира, т.к. все зеркало с огромными разводами, смотреться невозможно. Так же сужествует проблема с электричеством и тёплой водой. Часто выбивало электричество во всем отеле, а горячую воду порой недождаться. Этот отель не соответствует 5 звездам, 4- скорее всего.

Muy buenas instalaciones, piscina grande y limpia, bares en lobby (que prepara cocktails muy buenos), piscina y playa. La playa no es tan bonita y tiene algunas piedras, creo es por estar cerca de un canal. Podría haber mayor disponibilidad de reposeras en playa y piscina, hay que ir temprano para tener buena ubicación. Buffet de desayuno y almuerzo cumplen expectativas, lo mismo que restaurante a la carta, destacamos restaurant brasileño con estilo de churrasqueria típica brasileña. Habitaciones espaciosas, las camas levemente duras, podrían mejorar. Tuvimos un inconveniente con la cantidad de personas de la reserva, que finalmente el personal y las autoridades del hotel solucionaron de excelente forma. Muy buena estancia.

Poca disponibilidad de reposeras en playa y piscina. Ducha pequeña e incómoda, con poca presión de agua. Un día sufrimos dos cortes momentáneos de electricidad.

Es ist eine sehr schöne Anlage mit viel Grün. Toller Pool. Das Essen war sehr gut, das Silvesterbuffet war gigantisch. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer gut aufgelegt. Das Zimmer war schön. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren fantastisch. Der Strand war schön und das Wasser angenehm.

La restauration, la piscine et les animations. La salle de sport.

Notre fille de 9 ans a dormi pendant 4 jours dans notre lit car l'hôtel n'a pas eu de lit d'appoint disponible. Tous les jours ils nous ont promis ce lit pour l'après-midi suivante mais il n'est jamais arrivé. L'eau de la mer de couleur verte pas claire qui ne donne pas envie de se baigner.

Cleanliness, was spot on. Even if they don’t speak english they try to get the answer for you. The entertainment staff were nice, pool was great for the most part. You have the option to drink till, 2am inside the club. Food was served until 7am.

The beds were super uncomfortable, in one of my rooms I came across a water bug! Never experienced that at any resorts that I been to. I requested to switch rooms, which they did, poor circulation with water coming out the shower head. Then I was told, to place my tissue in a bag not inside the toilet where it belongs. Some of the buffet food selection, was the same each day. You only have 3 reservations for the outside restaurants per week. There were leafs floating inside the pool certain times of the day. Information wasn’t mentioned to me, when I asked. I had to get information thru other guests at the resort. I couldn’t swim in the beach there, it was extremely cloudy, full of rocks. Drinks could have been stronger.

Il resort è molto pulito e curato in ogni minimo dettaglio. La cura e l attenzione verso il cliente è straordinaria tutto lo staff è gentile e disponibile, in particolare l attenzione della signora Albania !! Sempre presente. Il buffet è ricco e vario per tutti i gusti addirittura champagne a colazione!!! Cibo e bevande sono disponibili tutto il giorno. La piscina è stupenda e molto pulita. Posizione adatta come punto di partenza per le escursioni alle isole Saona e Catalina Consiglio anche les cueva de las maravilla ( grotte bellissime ) a pochi minuti di strada Per noi un soggiorno perfetto!!

L unica cosa che non ci è piaciuta è che la struttura si trova in una baia molto bella e suggestiva ma a poca distanza da un fiume che altera molto il colore dell acqua del mare.
