Wir vermissen unsere Zeit im Outrigger Beach Resort und vor allem Au, Kook, Omelet, Nong, Mona, Prae, Kookai und alle weiteren sehr. Das Resort und die Zimmer sind sehr schön und gepflegt. Das Personal ist einfach toll und die Kinderbetreuung der absolute Wahnsinn. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig und uns gefiel gut, dass die Liegen direkt zwischen Pool und Strand standen. Dort hat man eigentlich immer auch einen schönen Platz im Schatten gefunden. Wir können dieses Hotel nur empfehlen, wenn man eine grandiose Zeit mit der Familie etwas außerhalb der Städte haben möchte, denn am Strand gibt es ebenfalls gute Restaurants mit fabelhaftem Meerblick. I like the pool but it was closed at 7PM which i think it's too early. If the closing hour around 9PM would be perfect for us. Because we like the beach and enjoy there until the sunset. After that we would like to use the pool but it was closed.

The staff (especially the guys around the pool/beach) were outstanding! Tam, Sa, Bow, Shane and Baker - you did an amazing job! Everyday working with a smile and so open hearted to kids and all the guests! #roichanghuuuu

The hotel can‘t hife some kind of „all inclusive touch“. You can see it just in the little details that there is a little lack of charm. This is then compensated by the staff wich really do a great job. But you stay in an American hotel and that‘s what you get.
