Captain's Quarters Resort

I liked that the hotel is walking distance to the beach. I enjoyed the beach and spent most of our time on the beach picking up shells and enjoying some cool water & salt water breeze

Oh I could go on forever about the dislikes and cons of Captains Quarter, but to list a very few of what was wrong, The hotel elevators kept breaking down The building was undergoing construction and parking was almost impossible with so much traffic and that even after paying for parking. The main lobby where we check in at is two streets over from the actual hotel itself and inside a restaurant. I wasn’t given the room I purchased online The beds were like sleeping on bricks I was given a side view room which I paid for a full view and when my husband and I would go out to sit on our extremely small Balcony, all we could hear and see was couple arguing and fighting. The pools and hot tubs were extremely dirty and they dead skin of I’m assuming hundreds of people was floating at the top of the hot tubs, the pools had what looked like mold in the corners This was an absolute over priced. Hidden fees (when checking in they will get you with a bunch of new fees) the entire stay was absolutely miserable. My kids had a horrible time which breaks my heart. To top it off we were scammed by a pizza company and the vending machines in the hotel didn’t work and it was all around a horrible experience and be careful on those elevators. Also to add, the arcade room was horrible and not even the employees were present and it didn’t give my kids there tickets. Please be smarter than me and look somewhere else for a better place to spend your hard earned money and go enjoy your vacation, one last thing they do not have room service you half to call and ask for a towel or clean sheets or trash bags daily.

Prices weren't bad but reflected upon the place.conatruction being done. Rooms were comfy view great...

Arcade was said to be open on 9th floor but doors were locked... Door said it should been open employee in there did not say anything but seen us. There was a mushroom in our shower so not sure if that was cleaned and sofa bed had no linen .

It was horrible a big rat came from behind the refrigerator so I will never go there again it was room 414 and around the edges of the bed was very dusty so be careful if you stay there

The hot tubs look old and didn’t get fully hot & they didn’t give me my full deposit back
