Had to park all the way across the street no luggage carriers check in was a mess took over an hour then room wasn't available til 9 at night the day of check in

"Probably wouldn’t book here again. Price and location was convenient though"

Convenient because it’s right on the beach and close to everything

Got a suite but it wasn’t fully equipped with essentials. Had broom with no dust pan. Booked an ocean view room and only had a small view due to my room being on the side of the hotel. Garage entrance wasn’t high enough for my van so I had to park across the street

I had read the reviews before I went was very nervous about what I might find. Let me tell you it was fantastic. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Pools were cleaned Daily every morning. Rooms newly renovated and very clean we had 3 families in our group and all of our rooms were very clean and newly renovated.they all were in different locations of the resort. Not sure what all the negatives were about because it was very nice. As for renovations underway it at front of building and not noisy at all. Thank you Captains Quarters for a wonderful mini vacation. We will be back.
