Rented a 2 bedroom ocean front. Keep in mind it was far from office/parking, our villa was on the second floor. 2 masters, one on 2nd and on 3rd floor (husband snores). 3rd fllor room was locked on arrival. Had to get someone to unlock it. Name on the TV in sitting area was not our name. After settling in and unpacking, it was time to rest after our long drive. We had lots of luggage because our vaca was 12 days, key was our last week and time to chill. Pulled covers back in on 3rd floor bed to find lots of worms crawling around. When pulled covers from the foot of the bed there so many! Yuk!. My husband found one crawling on his foot. We were ready to leave. No Manager on site. They offered to move us to another room, but I was over it! All I could think about were those bugs. We immediately packed everything back up. I wear flip-flops usually, but upon arrival I walked around in the room some without my shoes. We'll, my feet looked like I had been walking on asphalt, I guess from the dirty carpet 😞 Front desk said they called Manager but no answer and for us to meet with the Manager at 8 am. Didn't sleep all night. We packed car up first thing and wanted a full refund. No Manager at 8 am, i tried to show pictures at front desk, they weren't interested. I said you must see this all the time, she nodded yes. No Manager at 8:30, No Manager until 9:30! She refunded us for that night and said we would not be charged for the other 4 night. She also removed the fee for parking. By this time it is 10:20. The one thing they can't do is give us our time back that we waisted not just unpacking, packing back up but for searching for a new place to stay on a Friday in Key West. Not a easy task. We had to extend our rental car another day, due to check in times at our new place costing us even more money and basically missed out on all that time we were suppose to be relaxing.

Beautiful place to vacation. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice clean place. I was able to really relax. Great location.

We were really excited to come here and just basically use the hotel for midday break and sleeping while vacationing Key West. When we first arrived, they wanted to take the car for valet and my handicapped senior mother asked how far we had to walk to the room and it was a bit far. One of the valet then noticed our handicap placard and suggested to park in the handicap spot outside our room. That is what we did. The room had a few steps up but no railing. (67A). Big flag. The handicap was room was spacious but dirty and dusty. As if it has not been touched in a very long time. We had to keep shoes on because the floor was dirty. As we vacationed and came back to the hotel, we ran into the same issue over and over again and that was the valet kept parking in the handicap spots outside of our room and even the space that has the path to the sidewalk. This happened at least 4 times, we had to call and tell them to move. When we would leave the valet parked cars next to ours blocking the doors for my mom to get in. They charged us for valet when we never used it. Then they wanted to charge parking when valet was parking in handicap parking. Never will stay here again.
