"Expectable, but the price was a bit high for the lack of polish"

The breakfast was decent. The staff was very friendly.

The facilities are getting a bit old. Nothing was broken but furniture and carpet is weathered and dated. One of the elevators was out of service. I started taking the stairs because the wait was so long.

Great service desk, very helpful at breakfast. Great breakfast spread with options for adults and kids! About the only thing we had to ask for was sheets for the pullout bed. And the nice lady told us if thete wasnt any in the closet to let her know.

Amazing stay! Also a big shoutout to the Frobenius desk clerk & her supervisor-Jessica. A mistake was made with checking in. However , after 1 call , they were able to resolve it. The professionalism , courtesy , & customer service was beyond EXCEPTIONAL! They even called back to confirm it was resolved. I travel a lot and book a lot of hotels. Everyone doesn’t care about the customers and their experiences. But that is not the case here. I will definitely be booking again and also referring others as well. Thanks again ❤️
