The staff was great. My husband is disabled and everyone was so kind in helping me get our luggage to getting him to our room and even helped get his breakfast.

One reason we booked was for the indoor pool which we found out after we checked in that the pool was busted and not open. The bed was horrible.

I like this hotel, it is conveniently located justoff the I-220 loop and is just far enough away from town to be quiet, and close enough to not miss anything. The staff is wonderful.
