"Surgery at St. Luke’s"

I would highly recommend this hotel for several reasons. They understand and take the time.I explained we needed accommodations for 3 days,for my surgery. .Kym, at the front desk, helped me to book what I needed,so that my family, was adjoining, and had n worries about having a place to stay afterwards.I also received the discount rate from St.Lukes and vouchers for breakfast. She made sure we didn’t have to worry about details. I was discharged from the hospital later on a Tuesday and stayed the night at the hotel. Kym saw me and my husband coming in and she came up to me and introduced herself. She said she was happy to meet me and that she did the reservation for us. She was truly concerned about how everything at the hospital went and if me and my adult children were satisfied with the accommodations she made. They are conveniently located across the highway from the hotel. They have a cozy lobby with Starbucks coffee and great dinner items.I really felt that we were given amazing care in a difficult time. Everyone that was working in the time frame we were there, were kind and caring. Thank you.

The guy that checked me in Samad, I might be spelling his name wrong. He wrote it down for me, but I gave the key holder back and forgot that he wrote his name on it, but he was very professional very pleasant to talk to and very accommodating. Also Tom he made sure I had a great room with a balcony for my anniversary and he was very professional and very nice I would definitely be going back again. I really enjoy the hotel. Everyone is very nice there and I definitely recommend this place to anyone
