The hot tub was not hot

Greeted right as I entered the lobby and received a room in 5 minutes.

We stayed here last night and as a Bonvey member I was very disappointed. The first thing we noticed is the lack of a USB plug in the room. I asked at the desk about this and was told not all rooms have them. Are you kidding? they could buy a simple desk lamp with one in ! Then we tried to use the hot tub only to find it was around 80 degrees and the front desk said they couldn't help because the guy left for the day. I walked away wondering if he checks things before he left. Then we got into bed and there wasn't a blanket on the bed. Only the sheet and very thin bedspread type thing. looked in our closet for one but none. These things made me feel this property is not up to Marriott standards.

This was an excellent experience. The gentlemen at the front desk were friendly, professional, attentive, and informative. Check in was quick and easy, the room was beautiful, the pool and hot tub were very nice and clean. Breakfast was delicious, and the availability of Starbucks products was a nice addition. Would definitely stay here again.

The gentleman at the front desk- I believe his name is Chris- is very kind and helpful. Very impressed with the cleanliness and the layout.

Comfortable bed

The room was not worth the $160 I paid for one night. My tv is broken, would not turn on. There was a bug on the wall of my room as soon as I walked in. There were children running up and down the halls screaming until 10:30. The molding on my shower in the bathroom was dirty. The pillows had stains on them. My mini fridge door is broken so none of my cold items stayed cold all night. When I first arrived, I walk into the lobby and the front desk person, I believe his name was Samad, was literally sitting on top of the counter talking to the people sitting down. He hopped off and asked if I was checking in. After a few moments he asked for my debit card and I put it on the counter thinking he just needed to verify it because I had already paid on the booking app. Then he tells me the room charge and tried to get me to pay again. I told him I already paid and he said it didn’t say I did. And it didn’t say I even used a 3rd party app. I showed him the transaction on my banking app to show I didn’t even have the money in my account anymore. Then he went silent for a few more moments. Never apologized or anything and just put my key on the counter. Told me which room number. And nothing else… I had to ask where to go because it’s not like the elevators are in plain sight. This night was a Mother’s Day gifts to me from my family… a night alone to sleep and relax. And this place was absolutely horrible. I’m never coming back and will never be recommending this place to anyone. Please do better, especially if I’m paying $160 for ONE night.
