Lykia World Antalya - All inclusive

Very nice place for a family vacation. We enjoyed everything.

The hotel amenities like pools and slides for the kids our outstanding but the inside hotel like rooms and bathrooms and hallways was horrible. The food verity was enormous but the quality was not as good. The people who clean the rooms only supply the refrigerator and give you supplies like towels and shampoos. They do NOT clean the floors or the toilet at all. You have to ask them to sweep the floor and clean the bathroom and they might do it, The spa and Turkish bath and Massage was a joke do not waste your money on it. Their standards for this service is pretty low. Overall I would not stay here again and will go to a different hotel.

Hôtel vieillissant mais le personnel est très sympa, il y a de l’espace, pour un all inclusive , on ne se sent pas comme des sardines On trouve ça facilement des chaises longues et de la place au restaurant. La nourriture est bonne Rapport/qualité prix correcte.

+Satisfait de l'hôtel ,calme et confortable tres belle sur mer,le terrain de golf est une bonne idee pour les balades en fin de journées;personnel a l'écoute,nourriture riche et variée. - l'hôtel a besoin d'une grande rénovation, un peu vieillissant surtout le spa! -Equipe d'animation pas très motivé ! Pas beaucoup d'animations le soir.

Öncelikle otel temiz değil. Odaya girdiğimizde banyoda başkasına ait bir yara bandı yerdeydi. Genel itibariyle temiz hissi vermiyor odalar. İlk gece oda geri döndük, klima çalışmıyordu. Bunu söyleyebileceğimiz telefon çalışmıyordu. 6 yaşındaki çocuğum için bebek yatağı açılmıştı (4 kez yaşını sözlü teyit etmeme rağmen) Neyse gece 11:30 da gelip hepsini düzelttiler. Yiyecek içecek çok zayıf. Herşeyden önce restoranda sinek kaynıyor. 3-5 sinekten bahsetmiyorum. Masa başına 12-15 sinekten bahsediyorum. Soğuk büfe, tatlı ve meyvelere sinekler sebebiyle dokunmadık. Sıcağa konamadıklarından sadece sıcaklarla yetindik. Sıcaklarda çeşit var ama lezzet sıfır. O kadar yiyeceği pişirmek yerine tadı güzel olan ve yarısı kadar yiyecek pişirseler keşke. Tabaklar dolu gelip dolu gidiyor, dünyanın yemeği lezzetsizlikten çöpte. Gece showları dışarıdan gelen gruplar sayesinde iyi ama otelin animasyon ekibi evde yok. Animasyon kabinine gidip çocuk klubü programı istiyorum bende yok diyor. Peki bir telefon açsanız diyorum açamam siz gidin bakın diyor. Mini Club otelin öbür tarafı. Su kaydıraklarında görevli kimseyi göremedim, deniz yatağıyla kayan mı, alt alta kayan mı hepsi var. Sorduğumda onlar üniformasız ama oradalar cevabını aldım. Yahu düdük de mi yok ellerinde? Personele tuvalet nerede diyorum bilen yok. Daha yazamadığım bir sürü şey var ama yoruldum. Otel çok bakımsız çok eski, yataklardan yay sesleri vs. Geliyor. Özetle paranıza yazık, gitmeyin.

Some sections need renovations

It was family’s trip. We stayed 2 nights. Despite of 5 star graded hotel as of resort, I was not able to feel as if it is at all. The room was dusty so that I could not agree they did it every day/every check-in & out. All-inclusive concept was their aim but just for your food. They hesitated to provide sufficiency including Mini-bar and the other things. We couldn’t have over than 2 options for meal, which was only one place we could get to have so that most of people should be one place to have a meal. It was quite bad to feel because it seemed like kinda dormitory like school cafeteria. And when we requested something at bar, they looked unhappy as like they didn’t want to provide them. There was not a water boiler at room because some guests had stolen it, as following the staffs’ saying. It was limited to provide mini bar such as 2 coke, 2 water and 2 beer. I don’t think I have another chance to get here.

По задумке создателя - это должен был быть отель- мечта. Всё испортили ошибки в принятии решений, в управлении, воровство и лень. Очень жаль. Не могу рекомендовать его к посещению в настоящее время. Но если вы ограничены в бюджете и выбираете между «Крым - наш» и Турцией, то имеет смысл попробовать, всяко будет лучше. Главное - ни под какими предлогами не соглашайтесь на заселение в 7 корпус. Там в гольф-клубе блок кондиционера промышленного будет гудеть прямо в окна, не сможете спать. Рекомендую бронировать самое дешёвое размещение, и покапризничать при заселении. Номерной фонд убит настолько, что наверняка предложат номер более высокой категории.

In unsere Zimmer war die Klimaanlage defekt und sie haben uns erzählt dass die Klimaanlage überall so , allerdings war nicht die Wahrheit, die anderen war die Anlage sehr kalt und missen immer in die Nacht ausschalten, also wir habe Pech mit unserem Zimmer gehabt , sonst war ok

الاستقبال كان سيئ الموضفون لم يكونو محترفين المكان جيد والاكل كذلك البحر رائع الفندق كبير جدا وهناك مكان للجميع الفعاليات اليليله لم تكن متنوعه وومتعه لم استمتع بها انا وعائلتي المكان غير مناسب للعرب هناك عنصريه في هذا المكان
