Positive Beutiful hotel.. Only 40 minutes away from airport Very good food and pastry Big and vet clean swimming pools Beutiful and big private beach I had a Beutiful design traditional room Lot of activities Night shows are really amazing Negative The room cleaning is stings and worst ever seen You feel your self locked and tight the hotel is in the middle of no were and the taxi charged are very high Even they offer a free shuttle to town once every Thursday but still not enough The don't provide with a pressing iron in your room so you will obliged to use they laundry with the high charges even though they know that all clients are families with kids with a minimum stay ofof a week 10 days The restaurant even great foods but most of times plates and glades are smelling The major problem of this resort is the cleaning. .

We had a fab time at Lykia World! Staff in general were lovely, although reception staff should be more welcoming and should not be afraid to ask people to wait in a queue. Often they looked uncomfortable as clients were often rude to them. Waiters and bar staff helpful too. Very clean hotel. The spa facilities were amazing, would highly recommend. Staff and owner all very friendly could not do enough for you.

Plenty of Facilities. Pools excellent especially for the kids. Very much a family resort. Food ok but gets a bit samey after a while. Hotel starting to get a bit tired but if you are prepared to overlook the very minor faults you will definitely have a good time.

Pleasant trip. Hotel reasonable. My 7 year old daughter loved the kids club which had lots of pleasant staff who planned lots of activities for the kids. Rooms were cleaned pretty well. There was always food and drinks! My main negatives was that not too many people spoke English including staff and guests. Also not too many child friendly food options ( no nuggets, pizza,burgers,hotdog sect) so my daughter pretty much wouldn't eat!

We could tell from the look of the hotel it was once a grand, beautiful place. However in order to maximise profit they have let the most important standards slip; no air con in the main areas of the hotel is 35 degree heat, rotting decking around the pool areas, buffet food never changes, no control of unruly guests, no towels for the pool on 2 days of 7, no water in our minibar so we were VERY thirsty, none of the staff spoke any English and whilst not their fault made it difficult to communicate 'cheese allergy'. In fact; we ate at the hotel 'restaurants' two nights; the first was in the Turkish restaurant at $15 charge...the next night was 'Turkish night' in the buffet with all the same food!! Another night at the Italian restaurant - my partner is allergic to cheese, I told the staff this, the starter and mains had cheese on, I complained, sent it back, got the same again. The meat I had was so tough I couldn't cut it and he couldn't eat his. On our check out I explained this and said I was happy to pay for the Turkish one but not the Italian - the response I had was unvelievably rude. The women at reception tried to help at first but English was limited; so called over a male colleague. He wouldn't address me (as a woman) until I asked him to - and then argued with me and highlighted I was going to miss my flight so had no choice but to pay. It was possibly the worst customer service experience I've had. I felt deflated and cross; an awful end to a disappointing holiday

Hammam suit and villa- very comfortable for 2 families. Breakfast - very monotonous. Lunch and dinner- more or less various but the hotel is overloaded, difficult to find free table, queues to food and even coffee, not speaking about ice cream. The territory of the hotel and overall look of the rooms is good, even excellent. Huge long beach. Staff is very nice but not always helpful. Unfortunately we could not find any warm pools, all were rather cold specially for kids.
