"I would not get in the pool again, I would try for another place."

Room was next to the lobby. and close to handicap parking. Bathroom was handicap accesable.

I swim regularly three to 5 times a week.. Pool was really cold . the rail at steps were missing and I have balance issues. I used the ladder to getting in to the pool to discover the bottom step was missing on the ladder. I could not get out of the pool at the ladder witch became an issue, Took about 30 minutes to figure out how scoot to chairs to get stand again. Manager was not very personable.
