The location. Bed wasn't bad. I could park right outside my room so I could see my car.

I felt the front desk people were not friendly. I was asked multiple times how many people and I told them one adult and one child. I was then told I wasn't allowed to have guests. Our AC did not work properly and was stuck on 60 degrees. Had to unplug it to get it to turn off. The walls are filthy. Evidently cleaning staff doesn't wash or wipe down the walls. Was told it would be 3-5 days to get my $100 deposit back, then told it would be 5-7 days. There was no hair dryer in the room. Booking didn't say there was a $100 deposit that they require. Wouldn't let me have someone else pay the deposit for me without a hassle of faxing authorization forms back and forth. The entire stay was not worth the $80 I paid for it.

The property is well maintained, older but kept up. No elevator, 2nd floor a bit awkward for suitcases. Room was clean, unfortunately could hear noise from hallway throughout the night.

Owner was rude and refused to listen. Gave our room away even though we paid prior to check in.

Elevator would be great. In my room the toilet seat was almost fall off. There wasnt any water pressure in the shower. There was tape holding the shower head to the way BUT other family member stayed in the room beside mine and they didnt have complaints.

The beds in pictures looked good. But their beds had springs pushing up all over! Shower did work, after letting run.on hot forever it still sprayed luke warm. So shower was was a #1 at best. Vent in bathroom didnt work. Dirty bathroom floor, behind door was the worst. They did get tv working right on second night there. Rest floor in room was nasty as well, needed mopped!!! We left one night early. Really would not recommend this place. 👎

The pool was a salt water pool , it was on the cold side. I had to pay extra for my guest. They acted like I was trying to have extra guest stay over night in the room. I told them up front , I had guest coming to visit. They followed my guest to see where they were going. I will not stay here again. For the price I could have stayed at a nicer hotel.
