Great place. Large clean and great location.Just remember you need a cell phone to call for key.

Location is great! Extremely convenient, unless traveling during the Holy Week. Now the bad part. Apparently you have to arrange check in ahead of time to have someone there to open the door for you. We booked through Expedia. On our confirmation it simply said that someone would be there from 4 to 9. So after a transatlantic flight and a two hour train ride, we arrived to the hotel at 3:30 to find a locked door. It took us more than an hour to find a phone to call Eva (administrator). Stood on the street under rain. It turned out that Eva was not planning to come at all and was sitting comfortably at home waiting for my call!!! Explanation--it is difficult to get to the center of Seville due to processions! Somehow we, first time visitors to Seville, managed without a problem. Room:The picture that you see on hotel's site is a picture of a top floor apartment. Unless you are renting one of them, lower your expectations. We got a first floor apartment. It was dark, cold and wet. Apartment was nicely decorated, but in need of maintenance. So, for the money, you can find a much better and more charming place in Seville. BTW, Eva never even apologized for the inconvenience. She basically told us that we should have known better and should have let her know about our arrival time. It was too inconvenient for her to do her job and come to the hotel because of the Holy Week activities. Nice :)

Although the apartment was spacious, clean, modern and in an excellent location, we had concerns about the lack of staff on-site for check-in, check-out, or problems during our stay. We arrived at 3 pm, one hour before check-in, to find the door locked. We came back at 4 pm, since check-in was listed as 4-8 pm. Fortunately, a cleaning attendant opened the door and let us into our room. The next morning, a staff person knocked on our door to get the required paperwork. On the last day, the cleaning attendant stopped by to ask when we were leaving. Staff need to realize that posting a telephone number does not work for people without cell phones.. If cell phones are required for all communications, this fact should be stated on the Hotel.com website. At the very least, the hotel should send an e-mail to each client providing an access code to the front door and a key inside the reception area if a live person is not on site.

An amazing, amazing location; and for families what a treat to have the kitchen, the privacy, and the convenient location.

This is NOT a hotel. These are furnished apartments that are yours until you leave. There is no room service or cleaning.On the other hand, the apartments are very plushly appointed and very well maintained. The location is just fantastic - literally a block away from the center of tourist attractions. So if you have a family and want to have complete privacy plus a kitchen, this is the place for you. I highly recommend this establishment.

The location is amazing - literally a 100 yards from the Cathedral and the Alcazar. Great 2 bedroom apartment - super clean. Eva was very very helpful.

The best feature is the convenient access of Giraldi Suites - truly a great location. The room we had was not colourful like the ones pictured on the website. Also there is no on-site reception and making contact with the manager was difficult without a mobile phone.

Our stay at Giralda Suites was wonderful. We were delighted to receive an upgrade upon arrival. The apartment is immaculate and beautifully decorated. Very comfortable beds, wi-fi, cable TV. Kitchen was totally sufficient for our needs. We had a problem with a leaky shower but it was rectified fairly quickly. Location is perfect, just steps from the Cathedral. Warning: if you are a light sleeper, bring earplugs as the cathedral bells toll loudly and often. Many major sights are within easy walking distance.We would definitely stay at Giralda Suites again and recommend to others.
