Life Apartments Giralda Suites

Not bed, never see help, expensive, isn't hotel. This is a fraud.

Beautiful city with plenty to see, apartment was very clean and well equipped. Could not fault anything would definetly go back to the apartments.

We booked a "King bed suite" and confirmed this in writing directly with Giralda Suites only to discover when we arrived that none of their apartments have king-sized beds. We were given two twin beds, one of which broke the minute my husband sat on it. They promised to fix it the following morning but only switched the beds - I had the broken bed when we returned from sightseeing. My husband then sat on the bed he now had and that broke as well! Spent two nights not sleeping at all as the sleeper sofa in the living room had no padding and was uncomfortable as well. Such a shame - location is perfect, everything else could have been great but they need new beds and they need to be honest both on hotels.com and their website and take out the word "king bed". Also, they sent us an email offering to set up a shuttle from the airport and then never responded to arrange it when we wrote expressing interest...

The location was great, but the bathroom smelled so bad that I used it as little as possible. I closed the bathroom door all day but the room still smelled bad so my family and I were unhappy. I think the hotel knew the fact that the room smelled because all the doors and windows were open when we first got into the room, unlike other hotels. I won't stay there the next time.

These apartments are located only a couple of minutes away from the Seville Cathedral. The particular apartment we stayed in (blue walls, 2 bedrooms) was brilliant: very nice size, with a good living area and a comfortable sofa. As mentioned in other reviews, the only thing to keep in mind is that it is essential that you have a mobile phone with you when arriving, in order to have someone come and let you into your apartment. I'm not sure why this is not actually officially communicated to guests before they arrive. However, after calling it was only a matter of minutes before we were let into the building, so this was a relatively painless process.

Really nice rooms and location. Only issue was the shower had no drainage so water tends to build up and flood the bathroom

We were absolute positively suprised when we came into our Little Appartement! It's equiped with everything you Need and the furniture is awesome. it's located just next to the cathedral and you can reach everything in town by foot!

Extremely nice, helpful and welcoming staff. Nice and clean apartment, only few steps away from the Seville cathedral. Very conveniently located, close to all attractions this city has to offer. Walking distance to train and bus stations as well.

I was so pleased that we chose Giralda Suites for our stay in Seville. The location was utterly brilliant - two minutes to the Cathedral, Alcazar, shops and restaurants. Our apartment was spacious, very well-maintained, thoroughly cleaned, and inspiringly decorated. Lots of thoughtful touches such as a magnifying mirror in the bathroom and a modern coffee maker. Fabulous roof terrace with views of the cathedral. Eva, Miryam and Angela were so helpful and knowledgeable. The wifi worked well. I really can't fault this stay, and would definitely stay there again if I went back to Seville.

With just a few little changes this could have great. Not enough light. Ants in the kitchen. A few basics like salt and pepper and we would hsve been really happy
