Excellent service before and during stay. They take allergies seriously. I interacted with many staff members and everyone was professional and polite. Rooms very clean. Excellent water pressure. One wish... a glass in bathroom and porcelain mug for coffee in room is my preference. I slept well.

Good location, pleasant front desk employees. Decent breakfast and good coffee.

I was disappointed to be given a room on the first floor right next to a meeting room and slightly across from the housekeeping facility, especially since I am an IHG member. The hotel was by no means full and I am sure there were better rooms available. I haven’t stayed at Holiday Inn express in a while since I felt the quality was going down hill and there doesn’t appear to be any improvement. The bathroom in the room was in pretty bad shape. There were signs of mold.

We were in an accessible room although did not request one. However, the shower/tub would have been difficult for someone with accessibility issues to use. The shower curtain was either defective or hung incorrectly and ineffective, the shower head was detachable but again would have been difficult for some to handle and the toilet was not at chair height. There was a wall thermostat but it did not control the standard below the window cooling/ heating unit which was very noisy. The thermostat did not appear to be connected at all? The room was a nice size. The room was also quiet.
