Elevator was dirty, hall smelt like clams, bathtub was gross.

Best hotel I've stayed at in a long time. Super clean, super friendly and super customer service. Excellent breakfast bar with hot items including low-carb selections. Room was spacious, clean and comfy. What a great idea to have a lounge chair and side table. The one very minor issue I had was handled immediately and professionally. Being recognized as a rewards member was refreshing. I would definitely stay here again!

Very close to Binghamton University nice quick stay !

My boyfriend and i were both bitten up in the bed. He had large welts from the reaction to the bites. I had some bites as well. Also, do not stay on the 2nd floor….we had little ones above us who were running jumping and apparently taking hop scotch lessons all night and into the early morning hours. Back at it by 7am…..not fun for someone seeking some rest and a little break. I wouldn’t choose the 2nd floor ever again…. On a good note, breakfast had some good options and the staff was all very friendly.

Indoor pool was too cold and cloudy to use. Indoor pool room was cold as well. Room had a few ants and the lighting was not bright enough for makeup. All yellow style lights that weren't bright. Elevator seemed like it was going to break at any moment. No paperwork posted for when it was last checked. Limited close parking.

So I have a issue for the housekeeping. We stayed 2 nights. I told the receptionist, I guess he was the manager to do the housekeeping when I get out. When we came back we saw just trash cleaning nothing was cleaned. They didn’t even touch the bed also no vacuum. Very disappointed and unacceptable from hotel management. I visited holiday inn in that location at least 4times but never ever seen anything like this. But this time it happened.

The man in the breakfast area cleaning up was very nice! This was on Sunday!

We had a great stay, the staff were extremely helpful. The complementary breakfast each morning was delicious with a lot of variety. The beds were comfortable. The only complaints we had was the extremely loud screaming child that sounded like they were right outside our door ( which was not the hotels fault , but maybe a little more soundproofing could help) and the pillows were flat. Other than that our stay was great. The room was very clean as was the bathroom. We would absolutely stay again.
