Красивая территория с природным ландшафтом, скалами и видом на море. Хороший разнообразный завтрак (шведский стол) в прекрасном месте. Отзывчивый персонал — помогают с вопросами, идут навстречу, могут подвезти или организовать доставку. Есть трансфер по территории (актуально, так как отель на возвышенности). Интересный опыт с природой: можно увидеть варанов на территории и гекконов прямо в номере. Есть ресторан на территории (вкусно). Файер-шоу несколько раз в неделю, подарочные коктейли, приятно, жаль мы особо алкоголь не пьем)) Возможность оставить багаж после выезда. Номера с джакузи и приватными бассейнами.

Очень неудобное расположение — между районами, без транспорта добираться сложно. Пришлось освоить байк-такси. Нет нормального пляжа для купания рядом, вывозят в сестринский отель на пляж Ламаи, но там не очень чистая вода и неприятная система: свою еду брать нельзя, даже воду детям. Приходится всё покупать у них, по задранным ценам. Высокие цены в ресторане, но еда правда вкусная. Не считая веганских тако😂 Уборка не всегда стабильная. Бесплатная вода невкусная, из крана пить даже кипяченую нельзя. В номерах много нюансов: неудобная мебель, неудачные решения с дверями и планировкой. Но щели по моей просьбе заделали. Это приятно. Слышимость между смежными номерами полный кошмар. Работать было невозможно, спать с 21 тоже, у нас испортился режим, который так хорошо сначала наладился благодаря раннему завтраку с 6 часов) Возможны насекомые (тараканы, многоножки и др.), особенно в номерах на первом этаже. У нас это были разовые акции, но на 1 мы жили только 2 суток в конце. Некоторые элементы требуют доработки и обновления. Частично небезопасно с детьми (склоны, бассейн, особенности планировки). Лучше заранее всё уточнить по номерам. Бассейн с видом на море всегда холодный, так как в тени, а рядом с ресепшен получше, особенно вечером. Но подогрева нет, только солнце.

Golf carts to room.

No luggage racks, no washcloths, Worst steak ever on Steak Night. Could have been a better breakfast. STEEP, Golf Cart access only, but no wait for them. Room just above massage tents. Saw 4’ Monitor Lizard walk into kitchen.
