EVERYTHING!! the staff, the restaurant & staff, the ocean view from infinity pool. It was magical!

we loved everything.

Shuttles up and down the hotel as walk is steep from rooms, staff were very polite and helpful for the most part, bed was clean with no sign of bed bugs

Location was awful nothing accessible by foot, Bathroom area was disgusting, I felt dirtier after my shower than before, jacuzzi tub was also filthy and whole hotel was dated, has potential to be nice if it was done up

Rommene var store og rene. En veldig søt og snill ung dame i resepsjonen som lånet oss mopeden sin. Mens vi ventet på en ny moped. Hun reddet virkelig dagen vår. Og egentlig hele oppholdet med sitt smil og løsningsorienterte service. Restaurant folkene var også veldig søte☺️ Fin utsikt! Og de mennene som kjører golfbilene er også kjempesøte☺️

Ligger veldig øde til. Du kan heller ikke gå noen plass pga hotellet ligger rett ved en farlig trafikkert vei. Så du må leie moped. Men kan ikke velge (pga det ligger så øde til) så må bruke den mopedutleien som hotellet tilbyr eller samarbeider med. Som var dyr sammenlignet med andre og du fikk veldig slitt moped. Hele hotellet området er forsøplet. Virket som de bare kaster fra seg søppel overalt. Ingen tilgang til sjøen fra hotellet. Da må du ta transfer som må bookes dagen før og går kun en gang om dagen. Rommene var rene da, heldigvis😅 Kommer nok aldri til å booke dette hotellet igjen, aldri.

The resort is on the ocean. Great views of the open seas and if you get the right room or villa then you get a beautiful view. The place is on a hill side, as such you have lots of steep ups and downs within the complex. There are 2 swimming pools and one has a great location overlooking the sea. The breakfast is adequate without being spectacular. The place is away from all kinds of shops, markets. Any visit to Chewang beach area will cost you 600 THB taxi (return fare)z. The main problem I had with my stay was the A/C . This is one thing that is not a luxury when on a holiday in Thailand. For some reason, the A/C in my room was just not cooling and despite the technician doing what he can, the problem remained. The resort did not accommodate my request for a room change stating full occupancy though I saw lots of empty rooms. All in all a decent place of the price is right
