We had a lovely stay at Four Points by Sheraton, Kochi Infopark. The team made special arrangements for our anniversary, which truly made the experience memorable and personal. A special mention to Sristy, who was extremely helpful, courteous, and attentive—she went out of her way to ensure our stay was comfortable and seamless. The room ambience was elegant and relaxing, and the food was spot on, both in taste and presentation. Overall, a fantastic experience with great hospitality. Highly recommended for both leisure stays and special occasions
