Wonderful location and amazing staff at the Hotel would like compliment Samina, Sufiya, Rakhi have been fantastic at the Restaurant. Sheraton 4 points is highly recommended for business trip rooms are huge and comfortable. 5 out of 5 from my side

"Amazing and very friendly staff"

Amazing staff. Extremely friendly and during breakfast or dinner Rakhi made me felt at home with all the conversations, making sure I get what I want for food/drinks and ensuring I eat well. Totally recommend this place.

"My Home for a week in Bangalore"

Rakhi stands out from the rest of the team, a great waitress, always there, always helpful, haloing me to figure out what is best to eat for me as a foreigner, her un-eraseable smile is inspiring. Dipali is a great proctor for someone visiting India for the first time, her understanding is key to get to handle one’s way through the wonderful Indian food. Muskan my house keeper made everything and beyond to make me feel at home, neat clean, kind, wonderful person.

Starting for our entry to hotel, check-ins were all extremely nice and above expectations. Samina, Satya and Bhum took special care in making us feel at home while being away from home. They customised our breakfast order as per our taste and requirements. Chef Bharath has warmth and love that he pours in food. Paranthas and Dosa were fab and sumptuous. We enjoyed our stay and will come back again.

"Good stay but"

Nice hotel , room are big and staff very friendly, restaurant is great

Too much street noise can be eared from the room that make sleeping quite difficult , you need to ask precise room to reduce this but still annoying
