An excellent family dinner at 4 Points on 14 Sep 25. The evening was wonderful particularly because of Mr Gaurav in F&B Service . Kudos to the Sous Chef, Mr Bharat. We intend going back very soon.

We had a wonderful stay at Four Points by Sheraton. The hotel room was very clean and tidy, with all basic amenities well provided. Whenever we needed anything, it was promptly arranged. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for being hardworking and efficient, and we also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of complimentary laundry service. The dining experience was equally delightful. The Kasundi Jhinga was absolutely delicious and cooked to perfection, while the Alleppey Meen Curry was also excellent. The buffet breakfast offered a wide variety of items to choose from, ensuring a great start to the day. A heartfelt thanks to the staff who made our stay memorable. Rakhi, with her warm smile, hard work, and courteous nature, was always attentive in getting us tea, coffee, and anything else we needed. Another special mention to Bhumswrang, who was consistently welcoming, cheerful, and went out of his way to make guests feel comfortable. Both of them truly stood out, and we wish them a bright future ahead. Overall, our stay was extremely comfortable, and we are grateful to the entire team for their efforts in making it so.

Though an old property well managed by motivated staff. Right from suggesting the best craft bars to visit. In particular the Breakfast was good. Good choice and real good South Indian. Appreciate Ms. Rakhi’s attention to details. Truly appreciate her gesture in presenting a cake appreciating my stay.

Good experience, frendly staff. I had breakfast everyday and the selection was delicious and changed from day to day. The staff including Rakhi, Samina and chefs who made the dosas and uttapams fresh were all very friendly and accommodating
