"Nightmare Christmas"

The worst place to stay in Thailand!!! No customer service and the worst management!! Dirty brown bath water, cold food, wrong food, hard bed, hard pillows, no toilet paper, I could go on but it’s just depressing. Oh and there no spa, it’s been closed a year ago but they still advertise it. Promised refunds but don’t deliver. JUST AVOID!!!!

The pools are very attractive and our room was quite spacious with a really lovely view

The customer service is lacking. No managers are ever present so issues get completely ignored. Food is cold, orders get mixed so you dont get what you ordered , they advertise a spa but it’s actually been closed for over a year!! It’s a long walk to anything and the hotel can’t even order you a taxi

Fantastisk rum Väldigt fin pool i vacker miljö. Fint frukost sal med vacker utsikt. Stor valmöjlighet. Mycket vänlig personal. Egen strand bland vackra palmer .

Staff were nice. Good breakfast.

Hotel is old. Bed waa very hard, i could not sleep on it. The layout of the hotel is weird.
