I liked just about everything about this hotel. Especially the buffet breakfast, amazing. Best to get the lower levels (my opinion) rather than the tower block.

Very uncomfortable mattress.

Fick en chock när jag öppnade dörren till rummet varje gång. Hade rum vid poolen. Rummet stank avlopp. Var flugor och myggor.

When we arrived it was empty, post Christmas - pre new years eve days. So very nice. Only complete I being USA, like a more plush, soft top padded bed. We stated in one of the pool side vila style. 2ed floor. Grand styling, very luxury feel. ONLY green grass private beach front, for miles. complete hotel services. food, staff helping with chairs, etc. Beach side security. At the END of the beach road, so very little traffic on the road and on the beach side walking traffic. NON of the massive beach congestion, population as in the center of Cha-ca old town. NICE. 2-3k ride if you wanted town, crowd...

Amazingly elegant hotel, beautiful “Thai style” outdoor areas. Rooms have a beautiful “colonial style” to them are are extremely comfortable, clean and beautifully furnished. Breakfast is amazing, only complaint there were always more options than I could ever possibly eat. Staff were possibly the most helpful, happy and polite I have ever experienced. Pool areas were clean, quiet and beautiful Only (very slight) complaint was that the hot water was never more than lukewarm and thus was never able to enjoy the big bath as by the time it had filled, it was cold

Amazing tasteful, Thai cultural design. Bedrooms were in a colonial style, and very comfortable. Staff were so far beyond amazing, always smiling, polite and no request was ever a problem. Breakfast was only problematic in that there was so much to choose from. Restaurants were excellent

Hot water was never more than lukewarm warm, never had the opportunity to enjoy the bath as by the time it filled the water was cold

This is a very beautiful hotel inside and out.

Water pressure is not all that good, and hot water is a hit and miss.
