Exactly as advertised, well maintained property with breathtaking View( Sunrise/Sunset). Staff are well allocated and attentive.

Just the pool on level 4 i noticed there are pigeons dropping at the pool edge and there is a lot of stairs to access some facilities like pool, play area.

The hotel and grounds were immaculate and so well maintained

Simply not enough signage for guests to understand where things are. There was no sign on the roadside to indicate where the entrance to the car park was located. A small un sign posted road 100m away from the front of the hotel, leading to a right turn, again without a sign. Difficult enough in the day time but virtually impossible to see at night. Our room 227 overlooked the main pool, but again there was no signage to show the way to the pool. An unmarked single fire door , down stairs and again through an un marked door, before leading to an un marked path outside. Simply not good enough. The bed was far too hard and so were the pillows. My back is in agony after 3 nights

Staff very nice,breakfast good but need a liitle bit cheese type option for westran tourists,room big,pool was nice

Nice calm location away from the busy areas of hua hin, staff go above and beyond, rooms are large and clean, breakfasts are varied and tasty, and the pools are lovely
