Breakfast could have been better

Lovely location with lovely views

Nothing ! Had an issue with the first lift but that was user error!

Fabulous location, very friendly staff, lovely room and we were upgraded so we had a balcony which was really appreciated. We also had the Sunday carvery which was delicious and breakfast was great. Couldn't fault anything. 🙂

The location was excellent, food , staff, and comfort of room all very good

Only one thing , there was a noise from we presumed came from kitchen, that started early hours of morning, it was like a fan ? It did wake us up , slept with cotton wool in ears

The staff was incredibly helpful and even saved me money by lending me a charging cable for my phone, she also pointed out where the lift was for my disabilitys. The bar staff reserved my table for dinner and the food was out of this world.

I would have liked a lamp next to the bed not directly over my head and I could hear the neighbours TV aswell as some kind of event which to be fair I didn't mind. Maybe I recommend sound proofing the walls a little.
