Carina la cittadina, bella la vista dai tavoli per la colazione e peruna piccola parte, dalla camera. Avrei gradito un parcheggio vicino!

L’esperienza nel bagno è stata decisamente negativa. Era presente un cartello che avvisava del fatto che, essendo alla fine dell’impianto, sarebbe stato necessario attendere circa due minuti per l’arrivo dell’acqua calda: un’attesa comprensibile. Tuttavia, una volta arrivata, la temperatura dell’acqua si è rivelata completamente ingestibile. Nonostante diversi tentativi e lunghe attese – anche restando insaponati per oltre cinque minuti – non è stato possibile ottenere una temperatura stabile e utilizzabile. A peggiorare la situazione, il bagno era estremamente piccolo e, una volta terminata la doccia, il vapore accumulato ha addirittura fatto scattare l’allarme antincendio. Un episodio piuttosto assurdo e indicativo di una gestione poco adeguata degli spazi e dell’impianto. Nel complesso, un’esperienza decisamente scomoda e da migliorare.

Standard Room was tiny, no bigger than a cruise ship cabin. Walls paper thin. Value of this room type is too expensive for what you get.

Small room and bathroom was advertised sea view ,but was a side view of roof tops part of the harbour

Very good breakfast, with a good choice of options. However my wife was disappointed that they only offered strawberry yoghurts . coffee a little weak but bearable. Service always prompt .

Although the bedroom had a super view of the river, it was a little smaller than expected, as was the shower/WC. We both found the bed too soft and a little smaller than we are used to. The chair also was not very comfy. We were a little surprised that no biscuits were supplied with tea & coffee.

Hotel was lovely, very friendly staff. Nice breakfast with good choices.Bed unbelievably comfy. Would stay again when back in Looe.

Lovely clean room. Staff were amazing, so friendly and helpful nothing was too much trouble. Manager was excellent and very hands on and efficient whilst being super friendly and lovely with staff. Breakfast staff were amazing went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Great location in the centre but far enough away to be quiet. Good entertainment. Food was superb!
