Poor customer service, left waiting to check in. Reception not managed while on going issue being resolved and other staff offered little help. Very unprofessional. Very noisy from room next door.

Thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. Really appreciated the traditional building / decor / bar area and quiet location. The room was cosy, warm and clean. I had a good night’s sleep and the English breakfast which was hot and tasted great was served to order. The staff were on hand and helpful where needed. The VAT invoice which was of particular concern was emailed to me on request - a small detail that I was particularly impressed with.

Amanda Holden’s voice on the radio first thing in the morning. Not the fault of the inn, but that was the only thing I could think of that irritated me in any way.

This is such an amazing place, cannot wait to return! The landlord and staff were excellent and made my partners birthday getaway extra special! Can't recommend enough, breakfasts were brilliant, room was better than pictures showed. All in all a fantastic find

All staff were very helpful and breakfast good . Room Ok . 2 night stay . Ample storage space in bedroom . Ideal spot for visiting Stratford -Upon-Avon with good bus service into town . Ample car parking so able to leave car if you wish .

Property older style in need of love and tender care . Main dissapointment was in bathroom as toilet seemed to have been squeezed into small space . Lack of shelves added nothing to the experience . Property under improvement so hopefully odd niggles will improve . TV was small
