Room was nice, big and clean. Staff very friendly. I forgot a charger and they borrowed me one as my phone had died.

The mattress did have a spring poking out in the middle. But other than that everything was fine.

For Stratford the price was good Room clean and big

Welcome from staff was very poor, actually non existent!. Even bar staff acted like being there was a chore. Room need of a bit of tlc , headboard very loose, mattress hard

"The Mary Arden clearly needs updating."
