Room was not very clean ,floors were dirty i actually bought cleaner and scrubbed tub and toilet myself you could see soap scum on surface of tub

"Lovely relaxing trip"

The staff was super helpful when I checked in. It was one lady I kept seeing that was housekeeping I think she was really nice and always helping find my way thru the property.

I know the elevators were being worked on but that was my only downside of staying there.
