"Stressful because of pressure from time share staff"

Location

Staff was ADAMANT that I was required to sit through their presentation even though the Booking.com site or any subsequent communications did not say anything about it. They even followed me out to my car to talk to my wife! I will try to avoid Wyndam properties from now on and it raises concerns about using booking.com for reservations.

"This was an unexpected luxury on a long trip."

I loved the full kitchen and the water view. No reason to go out. Also, the beds were awesome.

The hot tub could be a little bit deeper.

"I usually love it there but this time was unacceptable very disappointed"

When I got to my room it smell like dog the entire stay even after they came to mop it again

I booked my stay only to find out they where cutting the water off at 5 am for 8 hrs was told I could check out but it was my birthday the manager was so nasty and didn’t care if it was my birthday
