Fuerte olor en lasnhoras de la tarde por agua de riego

No hay limpieza diaria. No es un hotel en realidad es apartamento turístico. Mala información por parte booking. Te leen en contador de agua y luz a la entrada y salida, Hay que hacer un depósito de 250$. Las tarjetas de crédito y débito no funcionan, los post de cobro no funcionan. Muy mala experiencia , además mucho ruido de coches y mucho escándalo por la noche a altas horas. Desayuno muy lejos del apartamento y hay que tener auto para desplazarse. No hay ventiladores ni aire acondicionado en las zonas comunes de la casa. Calor insoportable

Incompetent or dishonest management will take your money and switch you to whatever they have left or are trying to sell. I booked and paid for the beachfront units 9 months in advance. While in flight to Curacao I received an email saying they "upgraded" us to a golf course room that would have cost 25% less. Never offered any compensation and lied repeatedly about why they were doing it. When I demanded the room I booked or a refund, they finally gave my money back. Since it was spring break, my options were limited but I couldn't imagine letting Blue Bay keep my money and treat me like this. I posted about it to a Curacao FB group and found several others had similar issues. Pictures attached. I have since contacted CEO of Blue Bay Sepp Koster. He initially responded he would look into it if I provided reservation information but then never followed up. My best guess is the reservation team is being compensated for moving people to the Jazmyn units and signing them up for a sales pitch.

We rented a very nice and well equipped appartement with great balcony with view on the pool. The compound is well taken care off and protected. A nice stroll along the resort is nice to do, as well as playing golf :)

Nothing that i can think off, apart that instructions at arrival is missing (at arrival first report at the golfclub house)

I had high expectations for Blue Bay Curaçao Resort, but unfortunately, the experience fell short in several key areas. Upon arrival, we found out we were required to pay electricity fees that were not disclosed in advance - neither on the resort’s website nor through our booking process. This lack of transparency was frustrating and set an uneasy tone for the stay. The property itself is very spread out, which makes accessing amenities difficult without reliable transportation. We inquired multiple times about golf carts and were initially told none were available. Only after escalating the issue through our travel agent did carts become available, which was disappointing from a customer service standpoint. Cleanliness was also a concern. We experienced ants in the kitchen and throughout the rooms during our stay, and overall upkeep of the villa did not meet expectations. While Curaçao is a beautiful destination, I would choose a different resort on a future visit.
