Imperia Hotel and Suites

Nous avons été dérangés par des occupants des chambres voisines (le même groupe) qui claquait les portes, couraient dans les allées et parlaient très forts dans le corridor pendant plusieurs heures. Nous nous sommes plaints mais ça a duré jusqu’à 23:30.

Nice clean room , confortable bed

My wife and I had a comfortable night; the room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the bathroom was also clean. But when my wife wanted to enter the password for the Wi-Fi, she had difficulties, so I went to see the receptionist. I found him at the back behind a counter, either reading a book or on his phone, and I asked him for help. After two attempts, the password didn't work, and on the third attempt, he spoke to me in an authoritative tone, and his face changed color. He was not patient, and I did not like his behavior.

We had a great stay. Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. We were given a treat bag upon arrival, which was a very nice touch. Thank you!

I had an incredible experience at this hotel! From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and professional. The real highlight for me was the wellness facilities — the indoor pool was clean and perfect for a morning swim, and the hot tub was just what I needed to unwind after a long day. The sauna was a bonus — clean, hot, and very relaxing. My room was spacious, comfortable, and spotless. The bed was cozy, and I appreciated the quiet environment for a good night’s sleep. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Whether you’re visiting for business or a little self-care getaway, I highly recommend this hotel if you love having access to relaxation amenities like a pool, hot tub, and sauna. I will definitely be returning!

Arrived late in evening, their systems were not working, it took almost an hour to book us in our room, even though we had a reservation and had pre-paid. Very loud first floor bar we had to sit beside for the hour waiting for a room.

Rooms are clean and spacious, bed and pillows very comfortable, had the best night sleep.quiet location , close to amenities and super nice and helpful staff , Definitely is the place to come to any time I visit Montreal, thumbs up.

Amazing staff

The breakfast serving is very very slow. And the food isn’t that good. Just opt for outside places.
