This was a great hotel. The only complaint would be the only weight machine in the gym was broken and the indoor pool was abit chilly. Other than that, clean and modern .

The water system was very noisy after using a bathroom stall. It sounds like a cruise ship horning when it leaves the port.

Went there for one night only and was overall pleased with everything. It’s a walking distance from a gas station, drugstore, restaurant and mall, which is really convenient. Room was spacious enough and everything was clean as well. The TV remote didn’t work well though. Tip: if you ask for a late checkout, make sure they write it down, or they’ll come knocking at your door at 11! ;)

Overall, we had a decent experience at this hotel. PROS: Modern, contemporary styling, if you like that; generally the room was very clean (except the dresser beneath the tv was very dust); largest big-screen tv we’ve ever had; lots of standard power outlets at convenient heights on the walls; very friendly, helpful staff; don’t know about the rest of the restaurant’s menu, but the breakfast menu is varied and all the dishes we had during our 3-night stay were excellent, although pricey. CONS: Marketed as a “state of the art boutique hotel”, however there are no USB charging outlets in the room, which, really?; there was no in-room safe…they offer valuables storage at reception, but who wants to leave valuables with strangers?; the bathroom towels are on the small side, and very thin; even in mid-November, flies kept appearing in our room, which was annoying; and last but not least, we had a queen bed, with a nightstand & lamp on one side only…???… there was plenty of room on the other side of the bed for another nightstand & lamp, but there was just empty space… so one guest has the privilege of sitting in bed and reading, and their partner gets to sit there in the semi-dark doing nothing… have never encountered that before, and found it to be really chintzy on the part of the hotel, especially at the price of a room… we solved the issue by moving a small round table that was by the window to the empty spot, along with the dresser lamp. Come on, Imperia, really?
